About the Program

This is not a certification course — it's a mentorship program for change management practitioners who already know the ACMP Standard or are pursuing certification and want to apply it to real technology projects.

Each module covers one of the five ACMP domains, with Africa-focused case studies (Kenya e-Citizen, Nigerian AI adoption, Ethiopian ERP), AI and emerging tech examples, and hands-on project work.

1. Evaluate Change Impact

Domain 1 · 35-45 min

Stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness evaluation. Case: Kenya's e-Citizen platform.

How It Works

  1. Pre-Work: Review module slides and complete workbook self-assessment.
  2. 1:1 Mentoring Session: Work through concepts, apply to your project.
  3. Post-Session: Complete activities, update project journal.
  4. Capstone: Submit completed Change Project for assessment.
